Orders and Shipping

Please note that your order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days on average to fullfill your order before dispatching it. After your order is dispatched, depending on your country, region and local shipping companies the delivery time is between 5 and 30 days.
Due to the pandemic there are delays in shipments and delivery times can be extended between 2 to 3 weeks in addition to the normal time.
You can register by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner and entering your e-mail address and password from the page that opens.
After purchased, unfortunately, it is not possible to change your shipping address through the system. You need to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by typing the new shipping address from the mail address you have ordered. We will change your shipping address and send you a confirmation mail as soon as possible.
After your order is prepared, you can see the stage of your order and the shipping tracking number when you select Orders from the left part of the page that opens by clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner. You can track your order by opening the Track Order page with your order tracking number.
Please note that: The order tracking number is process in the system between 1 to 3 days.
This is entirely your choice, box located below where you enter your card information on the checkout page, you can save by clicking the “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” or you can make your purchase without save card information.
All purchases you make included tax and are paid as Shops Epic LLC.
