Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
Order Changes / Cancellations
In order to get your products out to you as soon as possible, we can not accept cancellations more than 12 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.
If you received the wrong and damaged item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shopsepic (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of shopsepic.com
- You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (90 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on Contact Us page.
Due to the pandemic there are delays in shipments and delivery times can be extended between 2 to 3 weeks in addition to the normal time.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days – If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit note unless faulty. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact email@example.com and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you in repairing the faulty product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
I Just Place an Order, When Will It Ship?
Please allow 2 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
How Long is the Shipping Time?
Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 30 Business days
Average transit times to International: 7 – 35 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
I Have Entered an Incorrect Address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.If this happens to you, please contact us with: – Your order number.- A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.
What are the Shipping Fees
We offer free worldwide shipping. Also have premium shipping for x2 more speed than normal (free) shipping.
